Opening Hours Spring Bank Holiday 2025
Due to the spring bank holiday weekend we have different opening times over the next few days. (There is no fresh fish in the markets until the boats return on Wednesday.)

Shop Times – May Bank Holiday Weekend 2025
This year the early may bank holiday falls of Monday 5th May. This means there will be no fish available in the markets on Tuesday 6th May. We will open again on Wednesday 7th May when the fresh fish supply resumes.

John Dory is a very tasty fish with a firm, meaty white flesh producing boneless fillets. John Dory pan-fried or grilled will work well with Mediterranean flavours and peppery sauces.
