For National Curry Week we thought it would be good to showcase a few spicy recipes that pair well with fish.
About Curry Week
This year will be the 26th National Curry Week. The very first National Curry Week took place in October 1998 and was founded by the late Peter Grove. Peter was a prominent journalist who had fallen in love with curry. His vision was to drive awareness and appreciation of the burgeoning Indian restaurant industry, whilst also raising funds for charity.
National Curry Week honours this vision with its three core objectives. Honour curry cuisine, celebrate and support the Indian restaurant industry and raise money for poverty focussed charities. You can find out more on the National Curry Week website >>
It was reported last year that curry over took the traditional sunday roast and spaghetti bolognaise as Britain’s favourite home cooked dish. Why not celebrate National Curry Week from the comfort of your own home? We have a reat selection of recipes below and the main ingredient in our shops.
