Cured herrings are one of the most popular item on our deli counter. We have two types one being a sweet cured herring in a traditional sweet vinegar flavoured with onions, the other is herring in a delicious honey mustard and dill sauce.
We have some tasty Monkfish recipes here >> and delicious tails in the shop - all treat no tricks and no teeth!
This grilled monkfish recipe will work just as well on a ridged skillet or on the BBQ. The flesh is firm and meaty with a mild sweet flavour which makes and excellent combination with the tomato and basil.
We feel very proud and delighted to see that our two shops in N8 and N10 were included on this list of "50 best independent retailers" in the Sunday Telegraph
