We Have Our own Smoke Houses

Much of the smoked fish sold through the shops is smoked in the century old smoke house at the rear of the Crouch End Shop. What you see on our counter are truly local food products. These are made with traditional skills and recipes that have been handed down through the family for at least six generations.

Bradley Smokers

bradley-smoker-logoWe also use some more contemporary technology for some of our cold smoking in the form of a Bradley Smoker. We like them so much that we are suppliers and retailers for their ranges. These  food smokers come in a variety of sizes and  are perfect for the gourmet or executive chef as well as cooks, home smokers and the aspiring novice.
